To allow for efficient massage treatment scheduling and to ensure that you are cared for in a pleasant and professional manner, we request the following of our guests.

· Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before your massage appointment to allow yourself time to check-in and fill out allotted paperwork at a leisurely pace.

· As a courtesy to you as well as our other clients, appointment times are reduced for late arrivals in order to accommodate out next scheduled client.

· As a courtesy to the practitioners please come clean and prepared for your session with any concerns you may have. Please inform the practitioners of any changes to your condition or your address/phone.

· We request that all pagers and cell phones are turned off or silenced in order to keep a serene environment.

· Please refrain from attending massage sessions in the midst of a cold or sickness. Even though the treatment may help the individual, they could spread germs to the practitioners and their family. If a client does come in with a cold or virus, they will be turned away. The below cancellation policy will still remain in effect.

· Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All missed and cancelled appointments without a 24 hour notice will be charged the full rate of service to be rendered. If the massage service was purchase through a gift certificate, package or savings plan, the neglected appointment will be taken off the package or savings plan, or the gift certificate will become null or void. Each client is responsible for their appointments and any reminder calls needed are provided to them as a courtesy and do not free them of their responsibility for showing to their massage scheduled appointment.

· Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session, and they will be liable for payment in full of the scheduled massage appointment.
